Returns
The customer must return or deliver the product directly to empyres clothing through this link, and in any case within a maximum period of thirty calendar days from the date of purchase. The period for making returns will be considered fulfilled if the customer returns the product before the expiration of the period.
The customer will cover the costs of the return.
Refund of payment
Amounts paid by the customer will be refunded using the same payment method used by the customer unless otherwise stated.
empyres clothing will refund the amounts paid by the customer within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the right of withdrawal.
Return of defective products
If the product is not in good condition for reasons not attributable to the customer, the customer will have the right to return the product, notifying empyres clothing of the reason for the return by any of the means provided in these terms of contract, at no cost to the customer. Returns made due to defective or damaged products will not be considered an exercise of the right of withdrawal.
Changes in the return policy
empyres clothing reserves the right to make changes to its return policy at any time. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on the empyres clothing website. It is the customer’s responsibility to periodically review the return terms and conditions.
Limitation of liability
empyres clothingshall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from any breach of its obligations under these return terms, except to the extent such liability cannot be excluded by law.
empyres clothing undertakes to pay the cost of the return and to replace the product with a new one under the terms accepted at the time of sale.
